Advent MC3010

Can anybody advise how to change the CMOS Battery on an Advent MC3010 - When I switch my PC on the Date has reverted back to Jan 2001 - I assume this is because the CMOS Battery is dead?

The battery is on the motherboard in a socket.
If you open the case it should be easliy identifiable as a flat, silver-coloured object about the size of a 10p coin. The commonest type is the 3v CR2032.
