Advent 9117 Vista Home Premium- Audio Device

Postby K3vin » Fri Feb 29, 2008 5:32 pm

My speaker icon at the bottom of my screen has an "X" next to it. when I hover my mouse over it, it says "No Audio Device is Installed".

I have had this problem since I split coffee on my keyboard. Is there a way of fixing this problem? Any help would be greatly appreciated..

Kind regards,

Kevin.

Have a look in Vista Device Manager and check if it appears or has a problem

The 9117 is a rebadged Uniwill L75 II.
The drivers are here http://www.uniwill.com/UserDownload/l75ii/l75ii.php
Download the audio driver, unzip and click on the setup file.
