Firmware update for itunes 2131 error

From reading some previous posts I have found that a firmware update that fixes the 2131 error that I am experiencing when I try to burn from itunes was available from the techguys website. This site now redirects to the knowhow website but there is no sign of the update there. Does anyone know anywhere else this update might be available or did anyone else who had the same problem keep a copy of it?

Try calling Knowhow on 08445-611234. Ask for a technical support colleague as the first line call answering robots are rubbish.
The firmware update is specifically for the DVD drive in Advents, other manufacturers like Dell and Toshiba used the same drive but their firmware updates are not compatible.
Dixons Stores Group have handled the transition from TechGuys to Knowhow absolutely appallingly and all the info, drivers and essential updates for Advent computers has simply disappeared. It may be reinstated sometime in the future but knowing DSG...... breath, hold, don't.
