Hi, Ive just bought the Centurion Ci 5231 desktop PC and can only make a recovery disc using a USB flash drive. I have tried two different 32gb flash drives and each time it says the backup has failed. I can not see another way of making a backup as there is no option to use multiple DVD'S.
The flash drives work correctly when storing files.
I need to create the backup because if I don't I'm sure things will then go wrong.
Thank You
Val

Take it back, get a refund under the Dixons Stores 28 day procedure and buy a proper computer NOT Advent.

Thanks but by the time I've tried 3 separate flash drives and all have failed the 28 days have elapsed. Can I just copy the 'hidden' partion onto the flash drive?
Thanks

Take it back and request a free set of recovery media or reject it under the Sale of Goods Act as not fit for purpose.
