Hi everyone I hope someone can help me as my daughter has somehow managed to compleaty wipe her laptop and we do not have the sound & video drivers for it if anyone knows where I can get them for free then it might stop her from bending my earhole every five minutes for them.

Thank you very much Ranibeke but i should have said in the first place that for some unknown reason I can't get on to thetechguys website my browsers (both IE and firefox) say that the domain is not reconized. Do you know some other way to get them?

That's strange, who is your Internet Service Provider?
It could be there is a problem with their DNS servers or the server address is blocked for some reason.
You could try OpenDNS see if that allows you access to The TechGuys
